Short version: you own what you create, you are responsible for what you generate and publish, credits are consumed when a generation runs, and subscriptions renew until you cancel. The full terms are below.
These Terms govern your access to and use of aiEdit.pro (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are using the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Service.
Generation features consume credits. Credits are deducted when a generation request is accepted and sent to a model provider. Because model providers bill us for work they perform, credits consumed by a completed generation are not refundable — including when you dislike the creative result. If a generation fails on our side before the provider performs work, the reserved credits are returned to your balance.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Your plan’s credit allowance is granted at the start of each billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
We may change plan pricing or credit allowances. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will give notice before they apply to you.
You retain ownership of the prompts, scripts, uploads, and projects you bring to the Service, and of the media you generate with it, to the extent such output is capable of ownership under applicable law. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to send a prompt to the model you selected, to render your export, and to show your project back to you.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including trademarks, likenesses, music, and footage.
Generated output is produced by third-party models. It may be inaccurate, may resemble output generated for other users from similar prompts, and may be subject to the model provider’s own terms and usage policies. We do not guarantee that output is unique, original, or free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for reviewing output before you publish or use it commercially.
You may not use the Service to create or distribute:
You also may not:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and may remove content that does.
We aim to keep the Service running, but it is provided on an as-is basis. Features depend on third-party model providers that may change, degrade, or discontinue their offerings; when a model is retired or a provider changes its terms, the corresponding feature may change or be removed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you upload, generate, or publish using the Service, and from your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; export anything you want to keep before closing your account.
We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email.
